Job Description:
- Building the client base of the Bank in the eCommerce and start-up space.
- Active identification of clients in the e-commerce and start-up space, and engagement with clients in the segment within the assigned geography. Liaison with stake holder/ Investors such as VC & PE Investors which have supported the e-com/start-ups to help build relations with target clients
- Understanding of the customer's needs, and close coordination with the respective product groups across the bank for providing solutions to the customer's needs
- Negotiation of terms of the product being offered
- Engagement with the various touch-points in the corporate for various services offered by the Bank. Ensure awareness of the latest products being offered/developed by the bank and proactively inform the clients about the same
- Resolution of any issues and ensure complete satisfaction and maximum utilization of the product or services sold to customers.
Managerial :
Ensure inter-department synergy and coordination to meet the client needs
Administrative :
- Understand and communicate the clients requirements, issues and challenges to the concerned product team/SRM
- Regulatory compliance & procedural requirements to be adhered to
