Domestic Marketing - Back Office

Job Description:

1. Lead Generation:
• Identify potential customers from pharma, food & beverage sectors.
• Research and build a database of target accounts using LinkedIn, directories, online platforms, and references.
2. Quotation Management:
• Prepare and send accurate quotations based on customer enquiries.
• Coordinate with the pricing and product team to ensure correct data is used.
3. Follow-Up on Quotations:
• Regularly follow up with customers for feedback and convert quotes into orders.
4. Sales Order Entry:
• Enter confirmed orders into the ERP system.
• Ensure proper documentation and communication with production/planning departments.
5. Dispatch Coordination:
• Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team for timely delivery of goods.
• Update customers on expected dispatch and delivery timelines.
6. Payment Follow-Up:
• Follow up with customers for pending payments as per agreed terms.
• Coordinate with the accounts department to track and update payment status.
7. Customer Communication:
• Timely revert to customer emails and calls regarding order status, product details, or general queries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a professional communication record.
8. MIS & Reporting:
• Maintain daily and weekly MIS for quotations, orders, dispatch, and payments.
