Job Description:

Position:           Sales Engineer (Bio - Reactor and Fermenter)

Location:          Ghatkopar - Mumbai

Experience:       4 - 5 Years

Industries:        Engineering

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop business opportunities for the company's range of bio-pharma equipment, including bioreactors, fermenters, and other specialized systems.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, including pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and biotechnology firms.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their operational and technical needs.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and site visits to showcase the company's offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements in the bio - pharma sector.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company's products and expand the client base.
  • Provide detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable market insights to management.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets through focused fieldwork and effective relationship management.
  • Monitor sales performance, gather customer feedback, and provide actionable insights to improve strategies.
  • Maintain and manage a comprehensive customer database to track interactions and drive future sales opportunities.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in sales within the bio-pharma or pharmaceutical equipment industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of bio-pharma processes and equipment, particularly bioreactors, fermenters, and related systems.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to understand and explain complex products and solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Any Engineering/Biotechnology

Salary :- Upto 7.20 LPA
