Job Description:
Position: Sales Engineer (Bio - Reactor and Fermenter)
Location: Ghatkopar - Mumbai
Experience: 4 - 5 Years
Industries: Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop business opportunities for the company's range of bio-pharma equipment, including bioreactors, fermenters, and other specialized systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, including pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and biotechnology firms.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their operational and technical needs.
- Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and site visits to showcase the company's offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements in the bio - pharma sector.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company's products and expand the client base.
- Provide detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable market insights to management.
- Consistently achieve sales targets through focused fieldwork and effective relationship management.
- Monitor sales performance, gather customer feedback, and provide actionable insights to improve strategies.
- Maintain and manage a comprehensive customer database to track interactions and drive future sales opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Experience in sales within the bio-pharma or pharmaceutical equipment industry.
- In-depth knowledge of bio-pharma processes and equipment, particularly bioreactors, fermenters, and related systems.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to understand and explain complex products and solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Any Engineering/Biotechnology
