Job Title: Export Sales Manager


Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Working day/time: Monday to Friday(2 Saturday off),9:00 am to 5:00 pm/9:30 am to 5:30 pm. 

Job Type: Full-time


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Export Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales of our products in international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, client negotiations, and international trade practices. This role requires extensive travel and interaction with overseas clients and suppliers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for international markets.

  • Identify, reach out to, and build a pipeline of potential customers across various global regions.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Create impactful promotional materials and presentations to support customer development.

  • Analyze global market trends and monitor competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and business partners.

  • Ensure knowledge and compliance with export payment terms and all relevant export formalities.

  • Travel internationally to meet with potential clients, attend expos, and expand the customer base.

  • Develop or maintain direct contact with international suppliers to support business growth.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; preference for candidates with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in export sales, preferably with a trading firm.

  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general computer applications.

  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

  • Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally as required.

  • Prior experience in participating and managing international expos is highly desirable.
