We Are Hiring Planning Engineer In Mumbai.

Job Title: Planning Engineer 

Job Type: Full-Time | Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Experience: 0 to 3 years (2 Openings – 1 Fresher, 1 Experienced)
Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Location: [Mumbai]

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand HVAC/MEP systems and support planning of related projects.

• Perform heating and cooling load calculations as required.

• Prepare and maintain project reports such as DPR, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly updates.

• Coordinate effectively with the Purchase and Project teams to ensure material availability and project alignment.

• Create material indents and track material requirements based on project needs.

• Read and interpret AutoCAD layouts to estimate quantities and plan accordingly.

• Use MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.

• Handle site coordination and be open to travel for site visits as required.

• Maintain clear communication and assist in project documentation and planning.

• Support team in negotiation and vendor coordination as part of the procurement cycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 0–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers with HVAC/MEP certification can apply).

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Good knowledge of HVAC/MEP systems and AutoCAD layouts.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Good negotiation and coordination abilities.

• Willingness to travel for site visits.
