Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Management
- Empanelment: Handle vendor onboarding documentation, and system training.
- Payments: Manage PR, PO, GRN; coordinate witth Finance for payments and audits.
- Performance: Evaluate vendor performance and work with Channel TA Leaders to suggest areas of improvement
- Audit Compliance: Ensure timely and compliant disbursements.
- Reporting: Collaborate with Finance for cost and incentive accuracy.
HR Reporting
- Reports: Create and maintain recurring/ad-hoc reports.
- Cost Tracker: Monitor HR expenses for cost optimization.
- Incentive Analysis: Ensure payouts align with contracts and budgets.
- TA Budgeting: Manage recruitment vendor costs vs. allocation.
- Joiner/Attrition Analysis: Analyze vendor-based hiring and exits.
