Job Description:

Key Responsibilities


Vendor Management

 

  • Empanelment: Handle vendor onboarding documentation, and system training.
  • Payments: Manage PR, PO, GRN; coordinate witth Finance for payments and audits.
  • Performance: Evaluate vendor performance and work with Channel TA Leaders to suggest areas of improvement
  • Audit  Compliance: Ensure timely and compliant disbursements.
  • Reporting: Collaborate with Finance for cost and incentive accuracy.


HR Reporting

 

  •  Reports: Create and maintain recurring/ad-hoc reports.
  • Cost Tracker: Monitor HR expenses for cost optimization.
  •  Incentive Analysis: Ensure payouts align with contracts and budgets.
  • TA Budgeting: Manage recruitment vendor costs vs. allocation.
  •  Joiner/Attrition Analysis: Analyze vendor-based hiring and exits.
