Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record in SEO, lead generation, content marketing, and international B2B campaigns. The ideal candidate will come from the service industry, targeting B2B customers, and will have hands-on experience in managing international digital projects, running LinkedIn and Facebook ad campaigns, and generating qualified leads through integrated digital strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies targeting international B2B clients.

  • Execute and optimize SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve rankings and organic traffic.

  • Create and manage lead generation campaigns through email, paid ads, and social media.

  • Develop and distribute engaging content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, etc.) tailored to target audiences.

  • Manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.

  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook, focusing on CPL, conversions, and ROI.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to create targeted landing pages and conversion-focused funnels.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, etc.

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms including LinkedIn and Facebook.

  • Stay updated with global digital trends, B2B marketing innovations, and emerging technologies.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2B service industries.

  • Proven experience working on international marketing campaigns targeting the US, UK, EU, or APAC regions.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, backlink strategies, and Google ranking factors.

  • Expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads (Search, Display).

  • Demonstrated success in B2B lead generation and funnel optimization.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content creation and campaign messaging.

  • Familiarity with CRM and automation tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.


Preferred Skills:

  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot certifications

  • Familiarity with website CMS (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)

  • Strong project management and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and lead small digital teams or freelancers
