Job Description:

Position:          Accounts Executive

Location:         Andheri - Mumbai 

Experience:      2 - 3  Years

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable & Receivable:
• Manage day-to-day transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-up on receivables and payments.
• Banking Operations:
• Handle net banking for making payments and tracking inward/outward remittances.
• Documentation & Data Maintenance:
• Update all relevant Google Sheets related to
• Debtors and Creditors
• Payment Status
• BRC Sheet
• Bank Statements
• Export Documentation Support:
• Approve export-related checklists and assist the logistics team with export documentation.
• Help with closing BRCs for export payment realization.
• GST & Tax Filing Support:
• Provide monthly sales and purchase data to the Chartered Accountant for GST return filing.
• Statutory Compliance:
• Ensure timely payment of statutory dues such as PF, PT, and ESIC before due dates.
• Financial Reconciliation & Auditing:
• Conduct ledger scrutiny and vendor reconciliation as part of regular financial health checks.
• Inward & Outward Payment Realization:
• Track and confirm timely realization of payments, ensuring accurate records.
• Ad-hoc & Management Support:
• Assist the finance team and management with any additional tasks or important assignments as required.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Familiarity with Marg Software and working knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good communication and coordination skills, especially for working with cross- functional teams (e.g., logistics, CA).

Required Qualification: -   Any Graduation
