Job Description:

Position:          AM/Manager - Production

Location:         Sarigam near to Vapi

Experience:      5 - 6 Years

Industries:       Chemical 

Responsibilities:        

• Plan, organize, and control production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly 

  output targets.
• Ensure compliance with all chemical safety protocols, environmental regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage raw material and chemical inventories, production planning, and scheduling to optimize resource utilization.
• Supervise and lead production teams, ensuring proper training and performance management.
• Monitor process parameters, troubleshoot process-related issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with R&D and quality control to maintain consistent product quality and support process development.
• Implement and monitor HSE standards and ensure that all plant operations are compliant with industry and government regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and present to senior management.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure equipment reliability and availability.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of chemical process operations, batch and continuous production systems.

Required Qualification:- B.E/B.Tech - Chemical     

Salary :- Upto 8.40 LPA
