Responsibilities / Accountabilities |
§ Understand the Adobe implementation and underlying data model § Help in setting up the data model and integration in Adobe Campaign during set up phase § Architect and design technical solutions as well as integrate and configure complex technology to drive multi-touch/multi-channel marketing, defined by the buyer’s journey, using a global/regional demand center model § Impeccable time management and communication skills § Project and Client (Brand team) management experience is a must. § Front-end web app development., Client side and Server side JavaScript, CSS, and Responsive design, good understanding of SQL preferred § Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and requirements; ability to proactively engage customer in the course of project management § Working alongside junior team members to aid internal growth and improve Adobe Campaign abilities § Solves issues from more junior members in the team using all functions of Adobe Campaign to set up, maintain and run multi-channel (email, SMS, In-app message, Direct Mail) campaigns in Adobe Campaign. § Escalates technical issues to Client IT and also directly to Adobe support, and owns them to resolution. § Supports UAT of new functions and raises IT Change Request requirements in consultation with global team into Client IT |
Requirements |
§ Deep functional skills in all parts of Adobe Campaign. § Full understanding of all configuration options in Adobe Campaign. § Should have: Adobe Campaign developer certification § Experience building complex workflows in Adobe Campaign, includes new campaigns from nothing and also adapting complex existing templates.
