Job Description:
🔧 Urgent Hiring – Manager Mechanical (Operations & Maintenance)
📍 Location: Raigarh, Chhattisgarh
🏭 Industry: 10 MW Captive Power Plant (CPP) – Integrated Steel Plant
👤 Position: Manager – Mechanical (O&M)
💰 Salary: ₹6 – ₹8 LPA
📅 Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
✅ Key Responsibilities:

Oversee mechanical operations & maintenance of 10 MW power plant

Ensure smooth functioning of turbines, boilers, pumps, and auxiliary systems
-
Develop and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance plans

Reduce equipment downtime and improve plant efficiency

Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, and production teams
-
Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports
-
Ensure adherence to safety, statutory, and environmental norms
🎯 Candidate Profile:
-
B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
-
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in CPP or thermal power plants (preferably 10 MW and above)
-
Strong knowledge of turbine & boiler maintenance
-
Experience in managing a mechanical team in power plant operations

Plant (6 MW) & FBC Power Plant (12 MW) from MoEF, New Delhi vide F.No. J11011/308/2009/ IA II (I) dated 29th March 2011& 9th July 2018 (Validity Extension).
? Obtained Consent for Establishment for 90,000 TPA Sponge Iron, 33,500 TPA to
