Job title: Factory Head
Reporting to: General Manager – Operations
Job Location: Kundaim, Goa
Purpose of the job: Key accountabilities: Job Requirements:
The Factory head will be responsible for overseeing all
aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety
standards are met.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving
operational excellence and contributing to the continued
success and growth of our company.

Production Management:
Plan, organize, and oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet
production targets.
Implement and optimize production processes to enhance
efficiency and quality.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas
for improvement.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate a team of production staff, fostering a positive
and collaborative work environment.
Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's
success.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure
products meet or exceed industry standards.
Take corrective actions as needed to address quality issues and
improve processes.
Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols and standards to create a safe working
environment for all employees.
Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective measures
as required.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team
to ensure adequate raw material availability.
Implement efficient inventory control measures to minimize waste
and optimize resources.

Education
 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or
a related field.
 MBA would be an added advantege.
Experience
 15+ years of overall experience in Packaging Industry
/ Out of which 8 to 10 years in Corrugation industry
is mandetory.
 Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership
role, preferably in the corrugation sector.
 Strong understanding of production processes,
quality control, and safety standards.

 Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-
solving skills.

 Knowledge of local language is mandetory

Skills & Competancies
 The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree
in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field,
coupled with a proven track record in leadership
within the corrugation sector.
 Strong expertise in production processes, coupled
with excellent communication and problem-solving
skills, will be pivotal for success in this confidential
position.
 Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and
attend industry events.

Responsible for P & L of the Factory
Should have knowledge about bill Booking.
Handled the HR Functions

 Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and
meet deadlines.

Working together with:
External stake holders - Suppliers, Customers, Distributors and
channel partners, Industry associations and trade show organizers,
Govt. organizations for industry specific compliances (if any)

Internal stake holders – Sales, Marketing, Production, Import-
Export and Development team

Working conditions: Able to Work under pressure.
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Work requires travel (Domestic) as per the business
requirement. Work may require evening
