Job Title: Senior Field Sales Head
Location: South India and North India
Salary: 50K to 60K Inhand
Experience: 4–8 years of relevant experience
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Field Sales Head to drive sales and revenue growth for our PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) products in the South and North India regions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in selling PEB products and extensive experience in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in designated regions.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the PEB and Construction sectors.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
4. Lead and guide the field sales team to maximize their performance and meet targets.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies.
6. Provide regular reports and forecasts to the management team.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and issues promptly.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
2. 4–8 years of field sales experience in PEB products and Construction industry.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
5. Ability to travel frequently across South and North India.
6. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and adaptable.
