We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Tester with expertise in Java, Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Cucumber for BDD scenarios.
• Collaborate with product owners and developers to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
• Design, implement, and execute automated test suites to validate application functionalities.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and deployment.
• Identify, report, and track defects; work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks for scalability and efficiency.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to test planning and strategy.
• Ensure thorough test coverage and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in QA automation with Java.
• Strong knowledge of BDD frameworks, specifically Cucumber.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, RestAssured).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with API testing and automation.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud environments.
• Experience with other automation tools or scripting languages.
