Area Sales Manager – Retail Bakery
Job Description:
: ▪ To build strong relationship with existing and new customers. ▪ To generate sales and ensure usage of the entire range of the company products. ▪ To get new product ideas based on market findings and customer visits. ▪ To promote and launch new products to the market. Reports To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager Location: As per the Vacancy Key Responsibilities: Customer contact • Commitment to end user and wholesaler. • Develop new markets/sales opportunities. • Maintain the relationship between distributor and end user. • Visit key customer, and represent the promotion, delivery of the giveaways. • Get information from the customer, and also pass on new information to our customer. • Introduce new products. • Handle complaints.
Reporting • To prepare market visit and consumption reports on a timely manner. • To assist in the evaluation process. Marketing support • To assist in the preparation and coordination of technical training and product demonstrations. • To participate in seminars and product demonstrations • Making sales forecasting of their respective regions • To collect and collate competitor and market information of the specific areas. People Management • Organization development and alignment through management and training of sales team of the assigned area. Provide solid positive leadership of Sales team with clear direction, motivation to achieve expectations both financial and non-financial. Special assignments • Any special assignments related to promotion of sales as may be planned by the Regional Manager/Corporate.
Direction of Others: Nil Experience & Education • Bachelor degree in any subjects. A Diploma in Sales/marketing is preferred. • Minimum 5 years out-door sales experience in B2B / B2C Companies. • Food industry an advantage. Rich Products & Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
