Job Description:

Position: Assistant Manager – Sales
Location: Bangalore
CTC: 7 to ₹8 LPA
Qualification: B.E. – Mechanical
Experience: 6 to 8 years in HVAC industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads, converting them into sales opportunities.

  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored HVAC solutions.

  • Prepare and send quotations using the CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Negotiate effectively and close orders, ensuring commercial and technical clarity.

  • Transfer confirmed orders to the factory with all necessary details for smooth processing.

  • Coordinate with the production team and follow up to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

  • Maintain updated records in the CRM and report sales progress regularly.

  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, especially Air Handling Units (AHUs).

  • Proven track record in B2B industrial sales.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools for quote generation and pipeline tracking.

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a competitive environment.

  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills with internal teams and customers.
