Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Management:

    • Develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
    • Partner with the leadership team to provide HR guidance and support on all employee-related matters.
    • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

    • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all exempt and non-exempt positions, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.
    • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet future workforce needs.
    • Ensure a comprehensive and engaging onboarding experience for all new hires.
  • Employee & Labor Relations:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations as needed.
    • Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting open communication and effective conflict resolution.
    • Manage and administer the collective bargaining agreement (if applicable) and maintain positive relationships with union representatives.
  • Compensation & Benefits:

    • Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
    • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits packages remain competitive.
    • Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Performance Management & Development:

    • Implement and manage the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers on setting goals and delivering feedback.
    • Identify training and development needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Compliance & Safety:

    • Ensure compliance with all central, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including the Factories Act, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
    • Champion a strong safety culture in partnership with the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) department.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
