A Mechanical Maintenance In-charge is a role focused on overseeing the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment within a facility or organization. They are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and longevity of machinery by implementing preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs. Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Management:

Leading, training, and evaluating the performance of maintenance staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring adherence to safety procedures.
Preventive Maintenance:

Developing and implementing maintenance schedules for equipment, conducting routine inspections, and identifying potential problems before they escalate.
Troubleshooting and Repair:

Diagnosing mechanical issues, repairing or replacing faulty components, and coordinating with external contractors for specialized repairs.
Record Keeping:
