Job Description:
ey Responsibilities:
    • Administrative Support:
      Managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, handling correspondence (email, phone calls), managing expense reports, and maintaining files. 
       
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    Assisting with the development and implementation of strategic plans, translating strategies into actionable plans, and coordinating projects. 
     
  • Communication and Liaison:
    Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication between the CEO and other executives, and managing communications on behalf of the CEO. 
     
  • Project Management:
    Planning, coordinating, and managing projects, ensuring timelines are met and objectives are achieved. 
     
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
    Addressing complex challenges, providing strategic recommendations to the CEO, and making informed decisions. 
     
  • Confidentiality and Discretion:
    Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. 
     
  • Office Management:
    Maintaining the executive office, managing office supplies, and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive suite.
