Job Description:
HR Operations
- Sustain HR Operational Excellence by excelling in the sub-functional areas pertaining to Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Probation & Confirmation, Talent retention, BGV
- Administer HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Execution of HR process to ensure audit ready 365 days a year
- Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults People Leader or more senior team members for issues outside of defined parameters
- A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
- Provide support for implementation of technology enabled solutions and systems in the respective business units
- Prepares various HR dashboards with 100% reliance on data like attrition dashboard and analytics, etc.
- Prepare HR presentations for various events/meetings through out the year(ASIA HR Dashboard, AMT meetings, etc.)
- Experienced in drafting HR Policies with forward thinking and market practice alignment
- Issue appointment letters to all the new joiners

- Owner of end to end off roll employee management
- Responsible for hiring off roll employees
- Responsible for their full life cycle with the organization including engagement, performance appraisal process, exit management, etc.
Provide draft org. announcements for review & ensure release on time
