Job Description:

This role is focused on driving sales efforts related to risk adjustment services and solutions. The person will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, executing go-to-market strategies, and supporting the sales infrastructure. The role also includes managing a small team and helping them grow in a hybrid work setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute go-to-market strategies for Medicare Advantage and Medicaid clients.
  • Handle the full sales cycle, including outreach, proposal writing, RFP responses, and deal closure.
  • Set up and manage sales tools, CRM workflows, and reporting processes.
  • Support and guide a small offshore sales team.
  • Help clients understand CMS regulations, audit risks, and technology options like AI/NLP tools.

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience in sales or business development in healthcare, preferably Medicare Advantage or Medicaid.
  • Knowledge of risk adjustment, HCC coding, RADV audits, and CMS guidelines.
  • Experience working with payers, MSOs, or ACOs.
  • Ability to sell both traditional services and technology-based solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on role with minimal support.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
