Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and disciplined Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering to join our Production and Assembly Line Department. The candidate will be trained in various aspects of production operations, quality control, and assembly processes as part of hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in operating, monitoring, and maintaining assembly line machinery
• Support production supervisors in managing daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline on the shop floor
• Complete training modules and on-the-job learning assignments as per the training plan

Key Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly and production processes
• Ability to read drawings and understand work instructions
• Awareness of safety standards (preferred)
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Team player with a learning attitude
• Good observation and reporting skills

Qualification:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (2022/2023/2024 pass-outs preferred)
• Candidates from ITI + Diploma (lateral entry) background can also apply
