Job Description:

Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with assigned customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Handling existing customer’s business enquiries shipment & payment tracking. This role involves preparing minutes of meetings (MOM) for virtual conferences (VC), tracking action points until completion, and providing briefs for upcoming VCs. Additionally, the CRE will support new customer acquisitions, manage a portfolio of existing clients, and create presentations in coordination with higher authorities for customer engagement.

 

 

A Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) or CRM Executive in Sales and Marketing is responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving business growth by fostering loyalty and increasing revenueThey handle customer interactions, address inquiries and complaints, and work to improve the overall customer experience. This role also involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for customer engagement and retention. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. 
     
  • Handling Customer Interactions:
    Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally. 
     
  • Sales and Marketing Support:
    Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling, and lead generation. 
     
  • CRM System Management:
    Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system. 
     
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    Analyzing customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement, and reporting findings to management. 
     
  • Strategy Implementation:
    Implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value. 
     
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Working with various teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure a seamless customer experience. 
     
  • Staying Updated:
    Keeping abreast of CRM technology and industry trends. 
     
  • Meeting Targets:
    Achieving personal and departmental targets related to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
