They handle customer interactions, address inquiries and complaints, and work to improve the overall customer experience. This role also involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Handling Customer Interactions:Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.

Sales and Marketing Support:Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling, and lead generation.

CRM System Management:Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system.

Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyzing customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement, and reporting findings to management.

Strategy Implementation:Implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:Working with various teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
