Job Description:

Experience: 2 to 4 years in Travel Desk Operations
Salary Range : Up to 22,000 INR Per month
Location: Head Office, Manorama Industries, Raipur, C.G
Preferred Candidates: Candidates with prior experience in Corporate Set-up

A Travel Desk Executive manages all aspects of employee travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel-related servicesThey ensure compliance with company travel policies, optimize costs, and provide excellent customer service. Their role involves coordinating with various vendors, processing expense reports, and maintaining accurate travel records. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel Booking and Coordination:
    Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation (including rental cars and airport transfers), and other travel-related services for employees. 
     
  • Vendor Management:
    Build and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and travel management companies. 
     
  • Policy Compliance:
    Ensure all travel arrangements adhere to company travel policies and guidelines. 
     
  • Cost Optimization:
    Negotiate rates, secure discounts, and identify cost-effective travel solutions. 
     
  • Expense Management:
    Process expense reports, reconcile travel expenses, and monitor spending against budgets. 
     
  • Travel Documentation:
    Assist with visa applications, passport renewals, and other travel-related paperwork. 
     
  • Customer Service:
    Provide support to travelers, address their concerns, and resolve any travel-related issues that arise. 
     
  • Record Keeping:
    Maintain accurate records of all travel bookings, expenses, and other relevant information. 
     
  • MIS Reporting:
    Generate reports on travel expenses, trends, and other relevant data. 
     
  • Emergency Support:
    Provide assistance during travel disruptions, such as flight cancellations or delays. 
     
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills: Essential for managing multiple travel requests and ensuring timely bookings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Needed for interacting with travelers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail: Crucial for accuracy in booking travel arrangements and managing expenses.
  • Knowledge of travel management software and online booking tools: Allows for efficient and effective travel planning.
  • Understanding of travel policies and procedures: Ensures compliance with company guidelines and regulations.
