Hiring Quality Inspector ( Nighoje-Pune)

Job Description:

Location: Nighoje - Pune
Experience: 1–3 years (preferred)
Job Type: Full-Time | Shift-based

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Inspector to ensure that products and components meet quality standards and specifications. The role involves regular inspection, documentation, and reporting to maintain consistent production quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of parts, components, or assemblies
• Use measuring instruments like vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc.
• Verify production output as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Identify defects or non-conformities and report them to the quality/production team
• Maintain inspection records and support in-process and final inspections
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions if defects are found
• Ensure compliance with company’s quality and safety standards

Key Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of mechanical/technical drawings
• Proficient in measurement tools and inspection techniques
• Knowledge of ISO/quality systems (optional but preferred)
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Willing to work in shifts and on the shop floor

Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Quality or relevant trade
• 1–3 years of experience in quality inspection (fresher’s can apply for trainee roles)
