Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Sales:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting manufacturers and end-user industries (e.g., solar panels, bus/truck bodies, electric poles).
    • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in targeted sectors.
    • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into sales.
  • Approvals:
    • Lead initiatives to secure vendor approvals with major government departments and private entities (e.g., BMC, MMRDA, DMRC, CPWD, Adani).
    • Navigate regulatory and procurement processes to ensure timely approvals.
    • Prepare and present proposals, case studies, and technical documentation to meet approval criteria.
  • Strategy & Business Development:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
    • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in corporate sales and securing vendor approvals (minimum 6 years).
    • Familiarity with the procurement processes of government and large private entities is highly desirable.
    • Experience in industries such as steel, pipes, TMT, or heavy machinery is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
    • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Additional Attributes:
    • Proactive and results-driven with a strategic mindset.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Comfortable handling high-stake negotiations and complex approval processes
