Site Engineer

Job Description:

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

4 Study drawings and specifications before work begins.

 Plan daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules.

 Supervise site activities and ensure proper execution.

 Manage labor, foremen, and subcontractors on site.

 Ensure quality of materials and workmanship.

 Set out layout using levels, total stations, etc.

 Solve technical issues by coordinating with consultants.

 Monitor safety practices and ensure PPE compliance.

 Maintain daily progress reports and logs.

 Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers.

 Keep records

of materials, inspections, and approvals.

 Take site measurements for billing and verification.

 Attend site meetings and update project status.

 Handle punch/snag lists during final stages.

 Assist in preparing handover documents and as-built drawings.
