Job Description:
We are looking for candidates who can speak Hindi and avg English
Requirements:
Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass)
Age Limit: 19 to 35 years
Fresher can apply & experience 6 month
Shift Timings:
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Rotational
Timing
10-7 & Rotational Week off

Outbound Calling:Making a high volume of calls to potential customers who have shown interest in gaming or related products.

Product Introduction:Clearly explaining the features, benefits, and unique selling points of the gaming application or service.

Sales Closing:Guiding prospects through the sales process, addressing their concerns, and ultimately closing deals to meet sales targets.

Lead Management:Maintaining accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.

Customer Relationship Building:Building rapport with potential customers and addressing their inquiries and objections effectively.

Sales Target Achievement:Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Product Knowledge:Staying updated on the latest features, updates, and promotions related to the gaming products or services.

Process Adherence:Following call scripts and sales protocols while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation style.
