Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Generate leads through cold calling

• Fix appointments for the sales team

• Maintain a record of calls and client responses

• Follow up with interested leads

• Share basic product information over the phone

• Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of telecalling or telesales experience

• Good verbal communication skills

• Confident and polite telephone manner

• Ability to handle client objections and questions
