Hiring Assistant Sales Manager- Home Shopping for Luxury Brand at Colaba

Job Description:

We are seeking a well-rounded and personable Sales Manager to oversee our Home Shopping vertical based out of our Colaba workshop. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, values precision and relationship-building, and is comfortable with local travel to deliver personalized luxury experiences to our clientele.

• Manage daily operations of the Home Shopping department with regular reporting at the Colaba workshop (six-day work week).
• Coordinate closely with the central Sales Manager to align on meetings, schedules, and client engagement strategies.
• Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering thoughtful communication and attentive service.
• Travel within Mumbai and across Maharashtra for scheduled home appointments as per client availability.
• Maintain and update client ledgers with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure client satisfaction through premium service delivery, product knowledge, and discretion during home visits.
• Represent the brand with poise and professionalism at all client touchpoints.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in luxury sales, bespoke retail, or client servicing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; personable and solution-oriented.
• Detail-driven with a disciplined approach to documentation and client coordination.
• Open to travel and flexible scheduling based on client needs.
• Prior experience with bespoke services or high-end product categories is preferred.

Brand Reference Examples:
Candidates with experience at Canali, Corneliani, Brioni, SS Homme, or Tailorman would be well-aligned with this role.

• Work Location- Colaba
• Working days- 6- 1 week off
• Working time- 10 am to 6.30 pm
