Hiring Assistant Sales Manager for Luxury Brand at Delhi

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Assistant Sales Manager to support the daily operations and client engagement at our made-to-order menswear store in Delhi's premier luxury retail destination. This role is ideal for someone with a refined sales approach, technical understanding of tailoring, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a high-luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and client servicing.
• Ensure smooth coordination across inventory, visual merchandising, and client fittings.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets through refined selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Maintain high service standards while representing the brand’s identity at every client touchpoint.
• Build long-term client relationships and nurture a loyal clientele through consistent follow-ups and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or Fashion.
• 3-4 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in made-to-order or bespoke menswear.
• Strong grasp of Italian fabrics, tailoring, and garment measurements.
• Ability to guide clients confidently through fabric selections and customization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a flair for handling high-net-worth clients.
• Exposure to luxury retail environments and an understanding of brand presentation protocols.

Ideal Brand Background

Preferred experience with brands such as: Zegna, Canali, Tom Ford, Corneliani, Jade Blue, Hermès.

Other details:

• Work Location- DLF Emporio, New Delhi
• Working days- 6- 1 week off
• Working time- 10 am to 6.30 pm
