DESIGNATION: Service Support Executive
Location: Nighoje-Pune

EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical
Languages:
English, Hindi, Marathi
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily schedules of field service engineers for fibre laser machine installations, preventive
maintenance, and breakdown service.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer service complaint & any other requirement.
• Monitor open installation & service complaints/cases and ensure timely closure and documentation.
• Maintain service data, service and installation reports, and customer feedback reports in the service
management system.
• Follow up with the logistics/parts department to ensure timely availability and dispatch of service spare parts.
• Maintain feedback report regarding regular issues and forwarding same to concern purchase/production
department.
• Assist in developing service manuals, checklist & SOPs for field operations.
• Ensure engineers adhere to safety, quality, discipline and documentation standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Experience in service coordination, preferably in CNC, Fibre laser, or UPS stabilizer or any heavy industry
machinery.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
