Position: Floor Manager

Reporting To: Store Manager / Retail Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the floor staff, ensuring smooth daily operations

• Monitor customer interactions to ensure a high standard of service

• Train and guide sales associates on product knowledge and selling techniques

• Ensure proper display and merchandising of clothing and accessories

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally

• Maintain stock levels and coordinate with inventory and store teams

• Track daily sales and report performance to the store manager

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the showroom floor

• Motivate the team to achieve individual and group sales targets

• Assist with store events, promotions, and seasonal visual setups

Qualifications:

• Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 2+ years of experience in retail (preferably apparel or fashion)

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Customer service oriented with an eye for detail

• Basic knowledge of billing and inventory systems is a plus
