Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's
objectives and goals, driving brand growth and awareness.
• Oversee all aspects of marketing including branding, advertising, digital marketing,
content creation, PR, and social media strategy.
• Lead the creation and management of marketing campaigns to support product launches,
store openings, and other key company events.
• Manage relationships with external agencies for digital marketing, creative content,
and media planning.
• Identify new opportunities to reach new markets, enhance brand visibility, and drive traffic
to retail stores and the company’s e-commerce platforms.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behaviour, competitors, and industry
trends to adjust marketing strategies and increase market share.
• Lead the development and execution of creative marketing concepts to ensure brand
consistency across all channels, including print, digital, and social media platforms.
• Drive the digital marketing agenda by managing SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social
media advertising to increase online engagement and sales.
• Manage the marketing budget, track spending, and optimize the allocation of resources
across channels and campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Coordinate with the product design, sales, and retail teams to ensure cohesive marketing
strategies are executed across all business functions.
• Lead internal communications to ensure alignment between departments and the
marketing team.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
and implementing data-driven changes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry
stakeholders to enhance brand reputation.
• Oversee customer engagement initiatives, including loyalty programs and customer
retention strategies.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the retail, fashion, or
luxury goods sectors.
• Strong understanding of brand management and experience in building and scaling
premium or luxury brands.
• Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing,
and content marketing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable
insights.
• Experience managing budgets and delivering ROI through strategic marketing initiatives.
• Proficient in working with external agencies and managing partnerships.
• Ability to lead creative teams and work collaboratively with design, product, and sales teams.
• A visionary with a proactive approach to identifying marketing opportunities and risks.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Exp: 10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
