Position: Engineering Head

Experience: 30+

Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week

Week Off: 2nd Saturday and all Sundays

Location: Koparkhairane ( Visit to Mahad Factory, Khopoli Factory/ if any other)

  1. Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead the Engineering Department: Manage, guide, and mentor engineers and technical staff across various disciplines (process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, etc.).
  • Team Development: Focus on hiring, training, and developing a highly skilled team, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to meet production and project goals.
  1. Process Optimization and Innovation:
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in production processes, aiming for higher efficiency, quality, and reduced costs.
  • Innovation: Drive the adoption of new technologies and innovations to improve production capacity, safety, and environmental sustainability.
  • Troubleshooting: Lead efforts to resolve technical issues in production and operations.
  1. Project Management:
  • Lead Engineering Projects: Oversee engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as production, quality control, procurement, and R&D to ensure alignment on projects and goals.
  • External Relationships: Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and external consultants for equipment, services, and engineering solutions.
