Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. ERP/SAP Data Handling
o Extract and analyze reports from SAP ERP.
o Prepare MIS reports (e.g., stock status, sales summaries, pending orders, etc.).
o Automate and streamline recurring reporting processes for internal departments
2. Programming & Automation Support
o Understand, debug, and support scripts in languages like JavaScript or Python.
o Work with ERP developers or external software partners for workflow automation needs.
o Assist in testing and integrating IT solutions for business process improvement.
3. Basic IT Support (Hardware/Software)
o Troubleshoot issues with printers, desktops/laptops, internet connectivity, etc.
o Provide immediate IT support to office teams and coordinate with external vendors if needed.
o Maintain basic IT inventory and coordinate for AMC and repairs.
Desired Skills: - Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards). - Familiarity with SAP ERP usage and reporting. - Good understanding of basic programming (JavaScript, Python preferred). - Hands-on troubleshooting skills for printers, computers, and basic networking. - Analytical mindset with strong documentation and follow-up discipline.
Recommended Profile: - BCA, B.Sc. IT, MCA, or B.Tech (CS/IT). - 1–3 years of experience in a similar techno-functional or IT support role. - Problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn business workflows.
