Sr Service Engineer (Rotating Equipment) in Pune

Job Description:

Qualification: Diploma or BE in Mechanical or production
Experience: 4 to 10 yrs experience in Rotary Equipments,

Client profile: Our client has manufacturing unit in Pune and engaged in manufacturing of following equipments & projects.
Products:
1) Industrial Air Pollution control Equipment - Bag filter, Web Scrubber, Cyclones, Dust Extraction system
2) Grinding Mills, Dynamic Classifiers
3) Material handling systems - Conveyors, Blenders, Valves, Rotary Feeders
4) Fabrication projects as per customers drawings.

Job Description:

The candidate should have hands on experience of working at customer site.
Provide on-site installation , validation, Erection and commissioning.
Provide on-site training to the customers about how to operate our equipment efficiently for maximum productivity
Handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits
Timely complete and submit all required paperwork & communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
Coordination with design and production department for regular feedback.
Involvement in ISO Procedure and documentation.
Reduce field failures and improve product quality.
Daily / Weekly reporting to TSM on the progress of tasks assigned

Candidate should have good Communication Skills, Coordination skills and Time management skills.
Willingness to learn and grow.
Strong analytical skills, numerical skills and a good knowledge of Excel.
Strong leadership, entrepreneurial and execution skills
