Business Development Executive / Inside Sales Executive (Digital Ad Sales)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and brands.
Sell digital advertising inventory across platforms including Digital TV, video content, websites, social media, mobile apps, and OTT platforms.
Understand client business needs and deliver tailored advertising solutions within their budget.
Identify new business prospects and formulate sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, analytics) to build impactful proposals and campaigns.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure mutual profitability.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Keep updated with digital marketing trends, platforms, technologies, and competitors.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
Good understanding of digital media platforms and advertising metrics
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Key Requirements
Education: MBA in Marketing (Postgraduate)
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in digital advertising/media sales
Industry: Advertising and Media Services
Salary: 6 To 6.50 LPA
Office Time: US Shift (6:30 pm – 3:30 am) 5 days working
