Job Description:
Business Oversight
- Responsible for recording routine/regular entries and performing day to day activities as per financial checklist for the clients assigned.
- Update checklists, financial delivery log, timesheets, activity tracker and other MIS as per timelines.
- Timely response to all emails.
- Take ownership and ensure completion of any other adhoc tasks assigned by senior team members/manager.
Other duties and responsibilities
- Good Payroll knowledge.
- Preparation of end-to-end financial statements including General Ledger, Payroll, Bank Recs.
- Good in Microsoft Excel and good speed on computers.
- Good Communication Skills and Confidence level.
- Meticulous, proactive and good team player.
- The individual must possess these skills and abilities, or explain and demonstrate that s/he can perform the essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some combination of skills and abilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / Any other graduate with finance and accounts
- 2+ years of experience in US Payroll
- Required to work in shifts. Based on business/project requirement will work in US hours.
- Prior work experience in MNC & matrix organization
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiner
- 5 days working
- Working Hours – 9 hours (US work Shift Pattern:- 6 PM to 3 AM ), mix of WFO and WFH. The working hours may get extended due to nature of the business.
