Patient Co-Ordinator for an international medical travel firm

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Quotation Management:

1. Coordinate with multiple hospitals to collect, compare, and follow up on patient treatment quotations.
2. Present treatment options and pricing transparently to patients or their representatives.

• Data Management & Reporting:

1. Maintain accurate records of patient details, medical reports, quotation statuses, and hospital responses. 
2. Update internal systems regularly and generate reports as required.

• Hospital Liaison:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital POCs (Points of Contact).
2. Coordinate hospital visits for consultations, admissions, or evaluations.

• Patient Handling & Journey Support:

1. Welcome patient on arrival in India and ensure smooth transition to accommodation or hospital.
2. Accompany patients during hospital visits if needed, ensuring their queries are addressed. 
3. Provide ongoing support throughout their stay – both medically and non-medically.

• Local Support & Vendor Coordination:

1. Assist with local arrangements (e.g., hotel booking, transport, translators, interpreters). 
2. Manage vendor interactions for ancillary services (pharmacy, labs, transport, etc.).

• Comfort & Experience Management:

1. Act as a single point of contact for the patient and family throughout their treatment journey. 

  Ensure patient satisfaction by being responsive, empathetic, and culturally sensitive.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Remote working

should be comfortable accompanying the patients during the hospital visits

Empathic in nature 

Excellent command in English language
