Job Description:

Job Profile

•Basic SAP operating knowledge for day today functioning

•Conversant in derivating actual Cost with cost reductions ideas in Stamping /sheet metal components.

•Independently able to send quotes to Customer / reply to customer queries and negotiate rates for settlement with customer.

•Cost analytical aptitude and tracking the production cost trend

•Skill in handling the vendor and customer in day today functioning.

•Skilled in differentiation in identifying direct and indirect cost in price settlement with vendor/customer.

•Responsibility of Regular job activity in internal approval in day-today's input procurement and satisfying management with proper explanation.

•Continuously able to track the price fluctuations and recover the differential cost from the customer.

•Knowledge of projection/budget workout and able to track the actuals etc.

•Over all direct cost controls and should know to monitor segment component contribution Quarterly/yearly

•Additional Knowledge preferred in engineering - Press machines/ tooling /component drawing etc.

•The SAP related all activities right from price up dation/so/cost release to customer invoicing and monitoring / verifications of same.

•In house operation /vendor zero base costing

•Customer Quotation /pricing and negotiation along with development team of JPU/DWD.

•Vendor pricing and rate settlements along with respective buyer from JPU/DWD.

•Scrutinising the Indent/PPA/PO/quotations for impact /saving and recommending to price panel approval.

•Delta price revision working and settlement with Customer.

•Co-ordination with Tata Motors Ltd / TCPL and other customer for price settlement and visit their offices in case called for the discussions.

•Ensuring delta price revision payable/recovery from Customer/ vendor.

•Working/verification of Supplementary data to Accounts for raising invoices on customer for payable/recovery.

•Quarter end provision providing to accounts related to Receivable/ payable to customer and vendor for finalisation of JPU/DWD unit performance/profitability.

•Strategic contribution data providing to management for new developmental business.

•Quarterly/yearly/monthly Contribution /Consumption working for both JPU/DWD unit.

•Projected/budget data preparation on sales/consumption and contribution of both JPU/DWD unit.

•Contribution reconciliation for both JPU/DWD unit every Quarter end Audit.

•RPT data with turnover, cost and contribution preparation customer wise for Quarter end audit purpose.

•Providing data to auditors every quarter end audit /answering auditor queries

Desired Qualification: B.Com/M.com/ICWA/Diploma or Mech. Engineering (Preferred)

Desired Work Experience: Minimum 10 Years in pressing shop sector

Work Location: North Goa & travel to Jejuri on required occasions (Audit purposes)

Preference - Male Candidate

Desired Skills: Good Communication Skills, Drafting Skills, conversant to computer – MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) MS Outlook, SAP, emails.
