Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy: Contribute to PR planning, campaign development, and storytelling
- Content: Draft press releases, quotes, media notes, and social media text
- Media Relations: Pitch stories, secure coverage, and maintain strong journalist networks
- Trends & Insights: Track industry news and scan media for relevant hooks
- Research: Conduct category, competition, and media mapping
- Digital Awareness: Engage with new-age platforms like podcasts, Twitter Spaces, etc.
- Client Reporting: Contribute to monthly and quarterly client review decks
Candidate profile
- 2–8 years of experience in a PR agency (any sector)
- Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or equivalent
- Strong grasp of PR content, media dynamics, and digital-savvy practices
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Existing network of journalists across regions
- Confidence in managing clients independently and collaboratively
- (Bonus) BFSI/Finance sector knowledge or media exposure
- Familiarity with tools like MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and docs
