Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic PMO manager to lead cross functional infrastructure and transformation projects with a strong focus on vendor oversight and governance. This role will drive technology initiatives across infrastructure, security, compliance and cloud migration while serving as a critical bridge between internal teams, vendors and executive stakeholders.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

  • Project Governance – Lead planning, execution and monitoring of cross-functional initiatives across infrastructure, security compliance and cloud
  • Cloud Migration Leadership – Serve as the program lead for Cloud Infrastructure migration – coordinating between internal teams and migration partners’ PMO
  • Cross Tower Collaboration - Ensure coordinated execution across infrastructure, security, development and IT Security. Resolve conflicts and remove blockers proactively
  • Vendor management – Drive regular vendor reviews to evaluate performance, adherence to SLAs and alignment with strategic priorities
  • Reporting – Create and maintain project dashboards and executive reporting. Ensure high quality data driven reporting

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in BTech, BCA, BSc or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience & Technical Skills:

  • 10-20 years of experience in program or project management roles with exposure to IT infrastructure, security and vendor heavy environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi vendor projects, including cloud migration
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networking, cloud) service delivery
  • Experience working with managed service providers, contract SLAs and governance framework
  • Command of project management tools and documentation/reporting tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Nice to have Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, ITIL

  • Detail Oriented – Tracks dependencies, costs and deliverables with precision. Provide adequate and accurate reporting for different audiences.
