Team Lead – Frontend Development

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Frontend Team Lead to join our growing engineering team.
As a team lead, you will drive the development of modern, responsive web applications, set coding standards,
and mentor a team of frontend developers.

Key Responsibilities
 Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications.
 Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user
experiences.
 Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
 Maintain high standards of code quality and enforce best practices.
 Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical leadership.
 Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies.

Technical Skills Required
 Proficient in JavaScript (client & server-side), HTML5, CSS3, and Webpack.
 Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js.
 Solid understanding of Redux for state management.
 Experience with universal rendering (client-side and server-side).
 Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
 Familiarity with writing automated unit and functional tests.
 Good understanding of algorithms, design patterns, and clean coding principles.
 Experience working in an agile development environment.
