Sales Representative II/Territory Manager - Energy Based Devices

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Representative II / Territory Manager to manage and grow our customer base within an assigned territory. The role involves meeting sales targetsdeveloping client relationships, and implementing go-to-market strategies to increase product penetration and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales operations within an assigned territory to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, hospitals, clinics, distributors, or retail outlets.
  • Plan and execute territory coverage plans, sales calls, and customer meetings.
  • Educate clients about product features, benefits, and promotions through regular visits and presentations.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market conditions, and report insights to the management team.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Coordinate with internal teams like supply chain, customer service, and marketing to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM or reporting tools.
  • Participate in product launches, promotional events, and training sessions as required.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer complaints to maintain satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–8 years of field sales experience, preferably in pharma and healthcare
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales territory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with frequent travel.
