An Assistant Manager of Human Resources (HR) supports the HR Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department and implementing HR strategies. This role involves recruiting and onboarding new employees, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:Assisting with the recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing), managing the onboarding process for new hires, and conducting new employee orientations.

Employee Relations:Handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and addressing employee queries and concerns.

Policy Implementation:Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and effectively communicated.

Performance Management:Supporting the performance management process, including performance evaluations, feedback, and development initiatives.

HR Administration:Maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Training and Development:Coordinating training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Payroll and Benefits:Assisting with payroll processing, benefits administration, and related tasks.
