Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager for the First Wealth segment. The candidate will be responsible for managing HNI customer relationships, driving wealth product sales, and providing financial solutions aligned with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage HNI / affluent customer relationships
- Cross-sell wealth products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, FD, and Investment Solutions
- Achieve revenue and portfolio growth targets
- Build long-term relationships through excellent customer service
- Understand customer financial goals and provide suitable investment solutions
- Maintain regular interaction with clients for portfolio management and servicing
- Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- Experience in Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good knowledge of investment and wealth products
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach
