Job Description:

To spearhead the digital marketing initiatives across the organization, driving customer
acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative and data-driven strategies. The role
involves leading the digital marketing team, optimizing digital channels, and ensuring the brand's
online presence aligns with business objectives and market trends.


• Creating and maintaining client relationships.
• Self-motivated yet customer-focused
• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
• Highly creative and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate


• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,
NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
• Innovative mindset for campaigns.
What you’ll bring to the team:
• Plans and executes all web, search engine optimization/search engine marketing
(SEO/SEM), database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Measures and reports on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, evaluating
them against goals such as return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators
(KPIs).
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
• Identifies trends and insights from campaign data and optimizes spending and
performance accordingly.
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies using digital marketing channels.
• Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests to improve campaign
effectiveness.
• Collaborates with internal teams to develop landing pages and enhance user experience.
• Utilizes strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across
multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points in user funnels and optimizes
them for improved performance.
• Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners to execute digital marketing
initiatives.
• Evaluates emerging technologies and provides insights for their potential adoption.
• Offers thought leadership and perspectives on digital marketing strategies and
technologies.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

What all qualifications do we expect:
We're looking for someone with a decent educational background.
• Education requirements: MBA from premier institute.
• Experience: 8-10 Years of experience preferably minimum 2 years in the
telecommunications industry.
• Where at – Mumbai

• Hussle Period – Minimum 8 productive hours a day and 5 days a week
