Job Description:

Position:         HR Executive - Sales(WFH)

Location:        Nagpur/Indore

Experience:     1 - 5 Years

Industries:      NGO

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for HR services through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, talent acquisition teams, and decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and present customized HR solutions (e.g., recruitment, staffing, payroll, HRMS).
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, payroll, operations) to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM tools.

Required skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a proven sales track record.
  • Ability to understand and sell HR products and services.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduate

Salary :-  Upto 4.20 LPA
